Both sides are currently negotiating the matter and expect a fast resolution.
The pair separated in November, two years ago after six years of marriage, after Kutcher was caught cheating with his administrative assistant Sara Leal, The Daily Mail reported.
They were in a bitter divorce battle last year, while dividing their assets equally. They could not reach an agreement over their money because Kutcher earned more in recent years, refusing to pay the large settlement.
While Moore is still reportedly not involved in serious relationships, Kutcher has moved on. He is currently dating his That's 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis.
