Demi Moore hoping for big payout in Ashton Kutcher divorce

Actress Demi Moore is seeking spousal support from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher.

According to People, Moore has responded to Kutcher’s divorce filing seeking both spousal support and attorney fees. Due to the 50-year-old actress seeking the spousal support, chances are the couple will now see a court room to hash out financials. People notes that Kutcher raked in $24 million just from his role in Two and a Half Men.

Kutcher and Moore split from their six year marriage after reports surfaced that the 35-year-old cheated. His mistress, Sara Leal has since come forward to warn Kutcher’s new girlfriend Mila Kunis of her beau’s cheating ways.

The 35-year-old actor filed for divorce from Moore in December 2012, he was originally waiting for her to file first. Moore was reportedly waiting to file in the hopes of raking in a huge settlement.

While Kutcher has moved on with his steady relationship with Kunis, Moore hasn’t had as much luck, being seen with a much younger male model in addition to Pink Taco owner Harry Morton.
