Elle Macpherson gets engaged to billionaire Jeffrey Soffer

Legendary supermodel Elle Macpherson, once known as The Body, and billionaire Jeffrey Soffer’s are engaged.

USWeekly.com reports the model and former host of Fashion Star accepted Soffer’s proposal. They have been dating for two years, but briefly split up in March 2012. After a fling with Roger Jenkins, the couple got back together and are stronger than ever.

Macpherson, 49, was briefly married to photographer Gilles Bensimon from 1986 to 1989, Access Hollywood reports. She then started dating Apad Busson and had two children with him—Arpad Flynn, 15, and Aureilius Cy, 10.

Macpherson is also the host and executive producer of two spinoffs to America’s Next Top Model—Britan and Ireland’s Top Model. She has not spoken about the engagement officially or over social media yet.

Soffer is a hotel heir who also develops real estate. In November he was involved in a serious helicopter accident, injuring his vertebrae. Many speculate the accident caused the couple to rekindle their flame.
