Mamie Gummer, who starred in the recently canceled CW show Emily Owens, M.D., is splitting from her husband of around two years, Benjamin Walker.
According to Us Weekly the breakup is “new,” but a source states that it's "very amicable.”
The magazine reports that the couple became engaged in October of 2009, and wed in July 2011. The pair met when they both costarred in the broadway play Les Liaisons Dangereuses back in 2008.
Unknown to most, The NY Daily News shares that Gummer is legendary actress Meryl Streep's second oldest child. Streep and husband Don Gummer have four children together.
Though Gummer's Emily Owens, M.D was canceled during its first season, she also had a role in the film Side Effects, which starred Channing Tatum, Jude Law and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Walker played the lead role of President Lincoln in the 2012 film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Currently, the star works alongside actress Scarlett Johannson in the Broadway play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.
