The actress who appeared in season one and two of the horror show will return with ever more screentime

While actress Frances Conroy played somewhat of a smaller role in FX's horror drama American Horror Story, the star revealed that her character will play a much bigger role in the upcoming third season.

According to Perez Hilton, Conroy recently shared, “It's going to start up again in July or August in New Orleans. The writers are so good and I can't wait to see where it goes." The star added that she is slated to appear in 10 of the 13 episode season.

While rumors have been swirling that the third season of the show will introduce witchcraft, Conroy declined to neither confirm or deny the gossip. In fact, it seems like the star herself doesn't know the major details of the new season.

Digital Spy reports that when asked about the witchcraft rumors, the actress said, “I know there's been a little bit of teasing [about that, but] they're trying to keep it all hush hush so there are surprises. I'm interested in seeing what world we'll inhabit.”

FX has yet to release a date on when the third season of the show will premiere, but stated it will be sometime this upcoming fall.
