Looks like Ben isn’t the only Savage brother to make a come back! Older brother Fred Savage is currently up for the role of director in Charlize Theron’s new movie, Ladies Night.
Written by David Caspe, Ladies Night is like the female version of The Hangover and follows a woman who decides to go out and have one crazy night with her girlfriends before dumping her non-committal boyfriend to go to New York, according to First Showing .
The Hollywood Reporter claims that the Wonder Years actor is currently in negotiations for the job, although nothing has been set in stone yet.
Although Savage has been out from the limelight for quite some time now, he has quietly been making a name for himself in directing. He originally began with tween shows like Even Stevens, Zooey 101, and Hannah Montana, but has since moved on to adult shows Modern Family and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Meanwhile, Theron has just signed on to do Seth MacFarlane’s A Million Ways to Die in the West.
