Gerard Butler confesses a hookup with 'Real Housewives' star Brandi Glanville (Video)

Brandi Glanville, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has been making headlines nearly every week due to the affair and battle involving herself, LeAnn Rimes and ex-husband (and current husband of Rimes) Eddie Cibrian.

While her child custody and personal fights with the celebs have been made severely public, Glanville is also well known as a former model and reality TV star. According to Perez Hilton, back last year, when Glanville claimed on Watch What Happens Live that she had once slept with 300 star Gerard Butler, the actor responded with a “Who's Brandi Glanville?” when asked if the hookup actually happened by paparazzi.

However, E! Online reports that in a recent interview with Howard Stern, Butler cleared up the confusion about the hookup. Butler explained that the one-night stand did happen, but he was unaware of her last name or her part on The Real Housewives, which is why he was confused by the paparazzi's frequent questioning.

The actor then shared that he did eventually call Glanville to apologize for the embarrassing situation, though he wasn't ecstatic about the fact that Glanville has publicly bragged about their night together.
