Heidi Klum has reportedly signed on to become the fourth judge on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, and the show is set to begin taping its new season March 4.
TMZ was told by sources close to NBC that Klum made a last minute negotiation with the network to be a part of the show and flew out to New Orleans on March 3 for auditions.
TMZ also managed to get access to a set photo that shows the name “Heidi” on the judges panel. Klum will be joining three other judges: Howie Mandel, Howard Stern, and Mel B.
Judge Sharon Osbourne left the show last year because of discrimination from NBC towards her son, Jack, HollywoodLife.com reported. She felt that his multiple sclerosis led him to be fired from the network’s show Stars Earn Stripes.
“I just can’t be fake,” she said to The New York Post regarding the issue. “It’s discrimination and it was badly handled.”
