Jason and Molly Mesnick, 'Bachelor' couple, welcome baby girl

The Bachelor couple, Jason and Molly Mesnick, welcomed a baby girl Thursday, March 14.

The couple named their bundle of joy Riley Anne Mesnick and she joins 8-year-old Tyler, Jason’s son from a previous marriage.

“Ty has been asking for a sibling for so long,” Jason told People. “He was here earlier holding her and kissing her and it was really, really cute. We’re so happy.”

Jason and Molly met on Season 13 of the hit ABC show, but Jason actually chose Melissa Rycroft. On the After the Rose special, he announced he still had feelings for Molly. They got married the year after.

“What’s amazing to me is when Molly is holding Riley, her eyes do not come off her,” said Jason, 36, of his wife. “I’m already seeing how much Molly loves the baby.”

He also said that Riley “has a full head of hair — probably more than I’ll have in the next few years.”

E! Online reports that Jason and Molly were doing all they could to make Molly go into labor, as Jason said he heard if you massaged a pregnant woman between the ankle and Achilles, it could happen.

"I did it last night for about three minutes and Molly woke me up at about three this morning, after she'd been up for about an hour and a half, so maybe it does work?" he said.

Molly also ate a ton of spicy food "Ate as much spicy food as I possibly could tonight....now I have heartburn...and I'm still preggo! #oldwivestalefail.”
