Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 entered rehab last week and has left treatment after only four days.
21-year old Evans was previously deemed to be "too much of a liability" for the MTV show, an insider telling E! News that "the way she's going, she could literally die and MTV will be blamed for it."
Upon filing assault charges and having a miscarriage, Evans checked into rehab for drug use.
Her attorney stated on March 6, "Jenelle is in a rehabilitation treatment facility in North Carolina to address any addiction issues for drug use," reports US Weekly.
Upon entering treatment, Evans tweeted, "This is for you Jace, no one else. If anyone deserves this you do. Love you so much buddy. Bye everyone," according to US Weekly.
However, Evans is now out of rehab after only four days. A source told Radar Online, "Jenelle just needed to spend some time trying to figure things out. She wasn’t in rehab that long because she doesn’t think she really needs it. She’s ready to live her life like a normal person not on drugs or dealing with the crappy guys who were around her.”
On March 11, Evans posted a picture of her and Jace on Instagram, writing, "Just where I wanted to be. Morning Sunshine!!!"
Let's hope that she has her act together for the sake of her child.
