Portuguese fans of Justin Bieber are sure to be disappointed when they hear that the pop–star has cancelled his March 12 concert in Lisbon.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, the concert venue, Pavilhao Atlantico, stated on their website, "Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second performance in Portugal, March 12. The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11."
This second concert is rumored to be cancelled due to “insufficient demand” Billboard reported, who found the information in a Facebook post by the English-language Portugal News. This statement remains unconfirmed.
Bieber’s Portuguese music promoter Everything is New informed fans who have March 12 tickets that they will indeed be receiving a refund.
This isn’t the first concert issue Bieber has dealt with recently. The singer was two hours late to his Monday performance at the O2 Arena in London and was taken to the hospital after a concert later that week after experiencing a shortness of breath and subsequently fainting backstage.
