It’s been a good week for Mr. Timberlake.
Justin Timberlake released his third solo album, the first in over seven years, on Tuesday to a well-received audience.
Now, according to MTV.com, Timberlake is inching his way up the Billboard Digital Singles Chart.
The former boy-bander has landed two top 10 digital singles on the Billboard chart. The first single off The 20/20 Experience, “Suit and Tie,” rests at number 4 while the newest song off the album, “Mirrors” is sitting nicely at number 8.
Billboard reports that Timberlake’s newest album is projected to sell at least 750,000 copies in the first week. The number is said to increase within the coming weeks.
Timberlake has had a busy few weeks, from hosting SNL to performing at SXSW and appearing for a week on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
Also, according to NY Daily News, the singer released a brand new video for the single “Mirrors,” which pays an emotional homage to his beloved grandparents.
Fans are going to get more Justin love with a second volume of The 20/20 Experience later in the year.
