Kim Kardashian furious over leaked deposition

The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries is fast underway and while the two have not officially met in the courtroom yet things between the two are already getting dirty.

According to Radar Online, Kardashian is furious with Humphries’ team following the release of Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s executive producer Russell Jay’s deposition to Life & Style.

The deposition reveals that certain scenes in the reality show were re-shot, edited and that Kardashian used the aid of a “tear stick” to help with emotion. It is stated that the re-shots were especially used to make Humphries look bad.
However, an insider revealed to Page Six that the editing and reshooting is “normal operating procedure on any reality show.”

The source continues, “None of this shows fraud, which is what Kris is trying to prove. His entire case is based on the premise that he is the stupidest person on the planet.” Additionally the source notes that Humphries doesn’t even care about getting any money from the divorce and that he is “just trying to make her miserable.”

Kardashian is also accused of sitting down with her mother to discuss her failed marriage for a scene in KUWTK, which was actually shot after they already filed for a divorce.

The two are slated to appear in court on May 6.
