Kim Kardashian has pregnancy scare on way home from Paris

Kim Kardashian will have to stop her constant traveling following a pregnancy scare which led her to her doctor after enduring severe stomach pains.

TMZ reports that the reality starlet began feeling pains during her flight home from Paris last night, which scared her so badly she cried throughout the rest of the plane ride.

The pregnant fashionista saw her doctor immediately where he diagnosed her with flu-like symptoms. However, the doctor suggested she take this time to rest.

The scare comes after numerous trips since announcing her pregnancy, including a trip to Las Vegas, Rio de Janeiro, the Ivory Coast and Nigeria, USA Today notes.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ that she is also incredibly stressed out preparing to head to court to attempt to finalize her divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries, whom she was married to for a mere 72 days.

Kim is set to give birth to the child with boyfriend Kanye in July.
