Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott: It’s a girl!

Lead singer of Lady Antebellum Hillary Scott has revealed she will deliver her daughter this summer.

In December, we reported that after getting married to drummer Chris Tyrell in January 2013, Scott announced her pregnancy via Twitter a little under a year later.

“Chris & I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year! We are having a BABY! We feel so blessed!!!!” She posted.

And now the couple has reached another milestone: discovering the sex of their baby.

Scott & Tyrell confirmed to People that they are expecting a girl, and she is due mid-summer.

While her pregnancy has been mostly pleasant, Scott has had her fair share of cravings.

“There was one night where I looked at my husband and I was like, 'We really have to go to the grocery store because I need a Pop-Tart right now,” Hillary said. “That's really one of the only cravings I've had, that and sleeping. That's been my biggest craving for sure—naps!” She told E! Online.

Lady Antebellum recently released “Downtown,” the first single off their new album, Golden, which will be released in May.
