Lamar Odom falls asleep during custody hearing?

The custody battle between Lamar Odom and his ex, Liza Morales, continues, as Odom had to fly to New York this afternoon to appear in court.

The Clippers basketball player was reported to be sleeping on a bench outside the court room today due to jet lag, says TMZ.

The Christian Post claims Odom was exhausted before the hearing and could not help but take a quick nap before. Morales was in a different hallway and therefore did not see Odom snoozing.

When asked about it later, she defended him explaining that her ex was tired.

Odom and Morales were in court today over visitation rights and child support for their children. Their children are Destiny, Lamar Jr. and Jayden, who passed away in 2006 at six-and-a-half months.

The two are also discussing whether the children should be allowed to be on television, such as reality TV shows such as Khloe and Lamar and Starter Wives.

Odom is now married to reality TV star and business woman, Khloe Kardashian.

Morales claims that Odom rarely visits their children now that he is re-married.
