Lindsay Lohan avoided jail time once again regarding a June car accident, after agreeing to 90 days in a locked in rehabilitation center as part of a plea deal Monday.
Lohan pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to police in regards to the car accident from over the summer. In addition to the 90 days in rehab, the actress was also ordered to 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy treatment.
“A suggestion: Don’t drive,” the judge told Lohan after delivering her sentence, according to MTV News.
The judge added that any further violations would send Lohan directly to jail.
"This is it, you violate your probation and we're not going to be having discussions," the judge said according to MTV News.
Lohan’s attorney, Mark Heller, said he is confident that the actress will stay out of trouble and won’t find herself in court in the future.
"She has fully recognized all of the issues that have to be addressed and I'm very confident she'll be able to move forward in her life with dignity, pride and respect,” Heller said outside the courtroom according to LA Times.
The “Mean Girls” actress has been on and off probation for various reasons, including drunk driving and shop-lifting, since 2007. According to CNN, Lohan has been sent to the Los Angeles county jail six times, spending about two weeks total behind bars.
