Lindsay Lohan linked to New York club promoter Avi Snow

Following a series of run-ins with the law and a court appearance, which will send actress Lindsay Lohan into 90-day locked in rehab center, has the actress found the time to date?

E! News reports that Lohan is dating New York musician and club promoter Avi Snow. According to a source, the relationship is in "the early stages” but Snow did accompany Lohan aboard the private, Mr. Pink jet which brought the troubled actress from New York to Los Angeles where she appeared in court.

An additional source is telling E! that the two are not romantically involved.

Lohan has a long road ahead of her after pleading no contest to charges of lying to police and reckless driving, LA Times notes. The Liz and Dick actress will pay restitution to the truck driver whom she hit and will begin serving her 90 days, which will also count as her 5 day jail sentence.

LiLo was warned by the judge should she get into any more trouble the discussion of probation is off the table and she will serve jail time.
