Lindsay Lohan is standing firm that she will not go to rehab to potentially eliminate any jail time as the Mean Girls actress believes she is not heading to jail in the first place.

Lohan is currently facing charges of reckless driving and lying to police following her June 2012 car accident in California. After her longtime attorney Shawn Holley dismissed herself from the case and was replaced by Mark Heller, the case appears even more tedious as the judge berated him, reportedly calling him incompetent to represent the troubled starlet.
The 26-year-old actress pled no contest to the charges. Following the embarrassing hearing, Lohan called Holley, allegedly begging to bring her back. A source tells Fox 411, "Shawn just can't go back, and whoever does take it on, has to know it is a very time-intensive case with lots of different components," the source explains. "Not to mention Lindsay isn't exactly a cooperative client to work with."
Despite her lacking legal team, Lohan is said to refuse rehab stating that she does not feel she needs it. The source adds, "Lindsay doesn't think there is anything wrong with her so she is not interested in rehab. And as for going to jail, she doesn't even think that is a possibility. She thinks there is no way that could happen."
At the time of her accident, Lohan was and remains on probation following her jewelry theft case. Since the accident Lohan has been the center of accusations of punching a psychic, hitting a pedestrian (which has since been deemed false), in addition to a scuffle with a politico.
Lohan’s case is slated to continue in the following weeks.
