A Brentwood teen, who targeted the elderly, is finally getting charged for his hate crimes.

Justin Frank, 18, is being charged with burglary and robbery as a hate crime because he targeted three elderly Queens men. He is facing other charges in the eighteen count indictment, as stated in The Long Island Press.

Authorities have confirmed that Frank would manipulate his victims to go into their own homes when he would proceed to force his way in and take cash and other valuables, as reported by the Associated Press.

The three victims included a 91 year old man, a 92 year old man and a 77 year old man, all of whom were robbed within hours ago as they were forcefully threatened by Frank.

Frank did have others with him participating in his distasteful acts.

He is now being held on $250,000 bail and could face up to twenty five years in prison is he is found guilty.

He is expected to be back in court on April 17.
