The Internet just got a little bit funnier as Sarah Silverman and Michael Cera have teamed up to create a YouTube comedy channel entitled JASH.
Rolling Stone reports that Silverman and Cera have teamed up with Tim Heidecker, Eric Wareheim and Reggie Watts for a channel assured to be “bulls**t-free experience.”
The channel launched Sunday, The Hollywood Reporter notes, and its debut video already received more than 50,000 views.
The video shows the ‘owner’ of YouTube prepared to destroy and delete all videos on YouTube to make way for bigger and better videos with the help of the JASH team.
So how did the name “JASH” come about? Silverman tell THR, “Literally, we were at a restaurant and Tim said, 'Just attitude!' Which is so Tim. And then Michael Cera said, 'So...hey?' Which is so Michael Cera."
She adds, “We each have pages within Jash and we each can curate those pages. This is what we think is funny. It may not be your cup of tea, but there’s no testing involved, there’s no second-guessing of what a 14-year-old boy would like. It’s just a place to do stuff and fail or not fail."
