Miley Cyrus continues to share her excitement for her upcoming album, telling Ryan Seacrest over the weekend that she had the opportunity to record a song with none-other than Snoop Dogg, (who now goes by Snoop Lion.)
“I did a song with Snoop and it's coming out very, very soon. I can finally say I'm going to have a song with Snoop coming very soon. It's recorded, done. I'm so excited!” she revealed to Ryan Seacrest at the launch of Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s in house broadcast at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
The 20-year-old singer shared that, at the moment, Snoop is in Europe but will return this week.
The former Disney actress continued to discuss her album explaining, “I want this record to be different and a bunch of passion projects which the first thing I wouldn’t have calculated like, ‘Oh the first song I want to come out is me and Snoop Dogg.’ I never thought that would be [my first single], I’d think it’d be my own single first but I’ve been able to do these things where I’ve just been in the studio at the right time and these projects have just magically come.”
This marks Cyrus’ first interview since being plagued by rumors that she and fiancé Liam Hemsworth have split. Hemsworth has since returned from Australia and was spotted at the home he shares with Cyrus.
