One lucky winner will be able to pop some bottles as they purchased the winning ticket for the Saturday Powerball jackpot at a liquor store in Passaic, N.J.
According to USA Today, Eagles Liquor located in Passaic, N.J. sold the ticket to one lucky winner for the $338.3 million Powerball jackpot. The owner of the ticket has not come to claim their winnings yet.
"Everyone was excited when we found out this morning we sold the ticket," said Sunil Sethi, owner of Eagles Liquor.
Since Sethi’s store sold the winner ticket, he will get a $10,000 bonus. He plans to make renovations to his liquor store along with sharing part of the bonus with his employees.
Pravin Mankodia, who sold the ticket said, "It feels awesome, we feel so lucky."
New Jersey Lottery Executive Director, Carole Hedinger, announced the good news Monday at a news conference, reports CNN.
If the unknown winner plans to take the cash up front they can walk away with a hefty $151 after state and federal taxes.
"Whoever they are, they should sign that ticket immediately and put it in a safe place," Hedinger said. "I hope that we will know who they are very soon."
The $338.3 million jackpot was the fourth-largest in Powerball history. The largest was $587.5 million back in November. There was one winner in Iowa who matched five numbers and will walk away with a $2 million prize. Thirteen other lucky winners spread out through 11 states will get to claim $1 million each.
The winning numbers from Saturdays Powerball drawing were 17, 29, 31, 52, 53 and Powerball 31.
