Olivia Wilde laughs off Twitter abuse from Justin Bieber fans (Video)

Actress Olivia Wilde has recently endured the wrath of Bielbers after the newly engaged starlet tweeted that Justin Bieber should “put on a f***ing shirt.”

The tweet which started it all occurred on March 1, the actress comically told the “Boyfriend” singer to put a f***ing shirt on. (unless you lost all your shirts in a fire in which case my condolences and please purchase a new shirt.)” This angered Bieber’s fans, who are known to retaliate against anyone who talks down to the teen heartthrob.

According to Page Six, Wilde shared some of the angry tweets with Jay Leno during her interview on The Tonight Show. “One of them was, are you a lesbian or are you too old? And it’s great, because it’s a question I never asked myself before,” she explained. “This one was interesting: ‘Put your shirt over your mouth.’ Which, I’m assuming, is a Shakespearean insult."

As hilarious as the “abuse” was, the 29-year-old actress admits that the tweet wasn’t meant out of hatred, but more in a “little brother” manner.

“You know, it's something I'd say to my little brother, and I probably have said it,” she explains. “You know, just, 'Put your shirt on. It's cold out there.' I meant it with all the love in the world.

She adds, “It's pretty much the funniest thing that's ever happened to me because my Twitter feed is now filled with the most hilarious abuse."
