One Direction's Liam Payne and girlfriend Danielle Peazer adopt a puppy together

It looks as though Payne and his girlfriend are getting serious as they decided to co-own a new furry friend

Liam Payne, of boy band One Direction, and his dancer girlfriend Danielle Peazer have adopted an adorable new puppy together!

MTV reports that the singer took to his Twitter to show off he and Peazer's most recent addition, Loki.

Peazer also expressed her excitement over the pup, tweeting that the Siberian-Husky is “the new love of mine and @Real_Liam_Payne's life.”

While the couple were over the moon about the dog, E! Online reports that countless fans were anything but pleased to hear that Payne and Peazer seem stronger than ever. It was reported that multiple jealous fans sent death threats to the innocent canine, and tried to get “#dieLoki” trending on Twitter.

The co-adoption of Loki comes shortly after rumors swirled that Payne was dropping out of One Direction in order to spend more time with his girlfriend. However, Payne wrote to his fans, assuring he would never leave the group, tweeting, “thought I'd let you know this latest story is bullshit I love you guys so much I love this band they're my best mates I ain't goin now werrr.”

One Direction is currently on a world tour, and will be releasing a 3D concert-movie this August.
