By Gina DiFalco,

Oprah Winfrey topped Forbes’ list of Most Influential Celebrities of 2013 two years after her long-running daytime show The Oprah Winfrey Show ended.

Winfrey also topped Forbes’ list last year and, according to a poll, she is one percent less influential than 2012.

Her network might not be the ratings success she wants it to be but her big interviews, such as Lance Armstrong and Rihanna, have given her the upper-hand to most networks.

While she rates 48 percent influential, Steven Spielberg comes in second on the list at 47 percent. The top five is ruled by directors, such as Martin Scorsese who came in third, Ron Howard is fourth and George Lucas is fifth.

Business Recorder reports that 7,500 celebrities were polled and the average influential ranking for a celebrity is 11 percent.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, star of Dr. Oz, came in at number six, while Barbara Walters, Bono, Suze Orman and Clint Eastwood round out the top 10.
