Osama bin Laden son-in-law captured

By Brandon Lee Julian,

It has been almost twelve years since the tragic incident of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. But Rep. Peter King says that the U.S. has captured Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, son-in-law of al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden, and a former spokesperson of the terrorist organization.

According to Metro U.S. they are currently under United States custody and are expected to receive trial in the U.S. District Court in lower Manhattan, just a short distance from the tragic World Trade Center attack.

“Definitely, one by one, we are getting the top echelons of al-Qaida. I give the (Obama) administration credit for this: it's steady and it's unrelenting and it's very successful,” King said Thursday, according to The Huffington Post.

As bin Laden’s closest relative, there is no reasonable doubt that Abu Ghaith was known to have been closely involved in the planning and executing the September 11 attacks. Under the model of Res Ipsa Loquitur, Abu Ghaith holds little to no chance of walking off American soil at all.
