Favorite '90s rockers are back together for a new super band

'90s rock fanatics, get ready for the greatest news you’ll ever hear.

Favorites from Pearl Jam, Guns N’ Roses, and Screaming Trees are coming together to form a super group.

According to The Huffington Post, Mike McCready, Duff McKagan, and Barrett Martin are in the process of forming a new band that will bring all their talents to one stage.

This band will be a side project for the musicians, especially McCready who is still in Pearl Jam; the 1990s band is still going strong years after their formation.

Reported by Billboard, McCready spoke about how this super band came to be.

"Duff and Barrett and I got together. We wrote some new stuff and we took some of those old Mad Season demos from that unreleased second 'Disinformation' record, so we are trying to find something to do with those."

This isn’t the first super group for McCready; him and Barrett Martin have teamed up previously for their group Mad Season while McKagan joined the duo for Walking Papers, another side band.

There is no word on when the world will get new music from this most recent band so fans will have to be patient and wait.
