Rihanna's tour bus stopped at border, marijuana found

Rihanna’s tour bus was stopped at the border between Michigan and Canada and marijuana was found on the bus.

There were ten buses stopped, and once one of them was determined to have marijuana on it, they were all searched with drug sniffing dogs.

According to TMZ, they were stopped at Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit, Michigan. Authorities claim to only have found a “small amount” of the drug on one person after searching all of the buses. The “Stay” singer was not on any of them.

HuffPost Canada reports that the person found with the drugs on them was cited with a civil penalty.

Rihanna has been open about her own habit of marijuana smoking on Twitter, even posting pictures of herself smoking marijuana blunts. She’s currently on her “Diamonds” world tour and had to cancel several appearances in recent weeks due to laryngitis.

She also showed up late to a performance in Montreal, much like Justin Bieber’s recent late appearance in London.
