Rush Limbaugh disses Beyonce's new song 'Bow Down'

By ,

Among Beyonce’s critics of her new song “Bown Down/I Been On” is Rush Limbaugh, who commented on the song on his radio show.

Limbaugh, a right-wing political pundit, has accused the “Single Ladies” singer and mom to Blue Ivy of becoming the opposite of what she stands for.

“[Destiny's Child's] songs were attempts to inspire young women not to take any grief from men. She’s done a 180,” he started to say, Hollywood Life reports. “Beyoncé, now having been married, having been impregnated and giving birth to Blue Ivy…she’s got a new song, ‘Bow, Down Bitches’… Beyoncé is now saying, ‘Go ahead and put up with it!’”

He continued to say that the reasoning behind it is because “she married a rich guy. She’s even calling herself Mrs. Carter on the tour,” referring to her upcoming Mrs. Carter World Tour.

“She has shelved Beyonce,” he claims. “She now understands it’s worth it to bow down.”

BET reports that Beyonce’s husband, Jay-Z, has dissed Limbaugh in a song of his in the past, saying "Please tell Bill O'Reilly to fall back/ Tell Rush Limbaugh to get off my b---s/ It's 2010, not 1864” in his song “Off That.”
