With the season finale of The Bachelor coming up on Monday, is Sean Lowe still happy with his decision since the show ended?

Host Chris Harrison told E! News that fans of the show may already have an idea of who the 29-year old will choose. "Going into the finale, I knew [who Sean would pick]," he says.

In the finale, Lowe must choose between 26-year old Catherine Giudici and 24-year old Lindsay Yenter. While Catherine may be the favorite, Harrison says that there will definitely be a few surprises during the episode.

Of Lowe's decision, Harrison says he is "definitely still happy," reports E! News, and there have been rumors going around about a wedding despite Lowe being linked to former Bachelorette Emily Maynard recently.

Maynard cleared the air on Twitter, stating to a fan, "No need to be in shock.. Not true! Believe it or not, sometimes Star Mag isn't the most reliable source."

Harrison continued, "Oh yeah, he was happy with Lindsay and Catherine. I think he aspires and hopes and looks to have something like AshLee represents, I think that's what his parents have. But I also think that in the end he realized he's just not there yet, and she's a little more mature and a little further along than he is. Catherine and Lindsay are a little younger at heart and more fancy-free, where he can think, 'OK, that's a little more me right now.'"

Lastly, Harrison spoke about Lowe being a "born-again virgin," stating that he believes Lowe's sincerity made the season more interesting, reports E! News. "Sean is a really religious guy and a man of high moral fiber, which he got from his family. So that's the way the season went. If he would have been a playboy, it would have been a different season. This way it played, but I don't think that everyone can be like that, it's just not in him, and that made things interesting and very real."

Lowe also spoke to Mario Lopez on On Air With Mario on Friday, revealing, "You're going to see me, basically, have a mental breakdown. I get to a point where I'm like, man, both of these girls are so wonderful and I could see my life heading in either direction. And I don't know what to do, and I'm torn," reports US Weekly.

The season finale of The Bachelor airs on March 11 on ABC.
