Sean Penn has been a longtime, great supporter of Chavez.
He once made a surprise appearance last December in a candelight vigil in Bolivia, to support Chavez's health. Penn also reassured that Chavez was one of the most important leaders the planet could have ever asked for.
“I’ll wish him nothing but that great strength he has shown over and over again. I do it in love, and I do it in gratitude."
