Taylor Swift’s mom buys Ed Sheeran a present

After Ed Sheeran’s loss last month at the Grammys, it wouldn’t be surprising if the young singer was a bit down in the dumps. Luckily, Taylor Swift’s mom came to the rescue and bought Sheeran a gift to cheer him up.

Sheeran told the Daily Star, “She gave me a natural gramophone made out of wood. It had no wires or anything, just a little slot where you put your iPhone. She gave it me because I hadn’t won the Grammy,” according to Sugarscape.

He later added, “She got me a scented candle as well.”

Sheeran and Swift have certainly become close recently and are currently on tour together. But despite rumors of a romance, it seems these two are destined to just be friends. Wetpaint reported Sheeran as saying, “I've got to be honest because one of my best friends did date her. I'm not that kind of guy.”
