Dina Ruiz, the wife of Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood and the star of E!’s Mrs. Eastwood & Company, has reportedly entered rehab to be treated for anxiety and depression.
TMZ cites sources close to the Eastwood family, who say that Dina checked into an exclusive Arizona facility. The site stresses that she is not being treated for substance abuse.
According to The New York Daily News, Clint, 82, and Dina, 47, married in 1996 although they have not been seen photographed together since 2011. Eastwood was previously married to Maggie Johnson and dated Sondra Locke and Frances Fisher before marrying Dina. Fisher is the mother of Clint’s daughter Francesca, who co-starred in Mrs. Eastwood & Company. Dina is the mother of Eastwood’s other daughter, Morgan.
The Eastwood family has not commented on the reports. Clint will be in New York this weekend for an event at the Tribeca Film Festival, in which the two-time Oscar winning director will be interviewed by Darren Aronofsky. Eastwood Directs: The Untold Story will also be screened.
