The Kardashian siblings are suing stepmom Ellen Pearson for Robert Kardashian's personal possessions

By Markirah Shaw,

Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob Kardashian filed a lawsuit against their stepmother, Ellen Pearson, to obtain their late father’s personal possessions which they claim is rightfully theirs.

Pearson is the widow of Robert Kardashian, an attorney made famous by the O.J. Simpson trial, whom she married just two months before he died of esophageal cancer in 2003.

Pearson was left in physical possession of her husband’s personal diaries and has been spoon feeding the media juicy secrets about the Kardashian clan from them.

In January, In Touch Weekly published an excerpt recounting how Kardashian's ex-wife, Kris Jenner, physically abused their then 9-year-old daughter, Kim.

A month later, the same magazine published an entry about how a 3-year-old Rob was accidentally locked in a car for several hours while Jenner was off on a date with current husband Bruce Jenner.

Pearson was unapologetic of her actions. She told In Touch, “I am simply stating the facts and the truth — their father’s truth. I simply delivered hand-written diaries from their father. They are my property at the disposal of whatever I so choose. Robert would have no problem with that.”

The Kardashian siblings think otherwise. According to Yahoo!, they filed a lawsuit Thursday to take back their late father’s personal possessions that include family photographs as well as the diaries.

The suit claims that Kardashian left his “personal tangible and intangible property” to his four children and therefore Pearson has no right to them.

Their lawyer stated, “The Kardashians and Kris Jenner have filed a suit against Ellen Pearson for taking personal property belonging to them by virtue of Robert Kardashian’s will and by virtue of copyright protection… The lawsuit is necessitated by Defendant Ellen Pearson's despicable and awful scheme to hold in secret and convert, and now exploit Robert Kardashian’s personal property.”

Pearson has yet to address the impending lawsuit against her.
