Ready for Love, the new relationship-seeking reality show which airs Tuesday on NBC, will include the likes of Plain White T’s guitarist Tim Lopez.
Lopez tells People that he has since written a song about the girl he met during his episode, which is featured on the band's new EP Should’ve Gone to Bed.
The show, which is executive produced by Desperate Housewives alum Eva Longoria, is hosted by married couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic, Gather reports.
Matches will be made based on help from experts Tracy McMillan, Matt Hussey, and Amber Kelleher-Andrews. Dallas financer Ben Patton and Ernesto Arguello, a entrepreneur from Miami, will also appear on the show, where they too will search for their soul mate, The Huffington Post reports.
The women were selected via a Facebook app. Following tonight’s episode, Lopez will eliminate five ladies, taking his choices from twelve to only eight women.
Longoria issued a statement regarding the show, saying, “This show is about making real connections and the ongoing search for love, something that both men and women can relate to. I am excited to be a part of such an innovative and promising format that will help these great guys find true love.”
Be sure to catch Ready for Love on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC!
