Starting summer 2015 the ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ remake will begin the annual tradition

'Star Wars' strikes back!

After buying Lucasfilm Ltd. last year and announcing the undated return of the franchise, many Star Wars fans were left in question. With the recent announcement by Disney Studios, there will be no more wondering when the movies would make its triumphant return to the big screen!


According to Seattlepi.com, Walt Disney Company Chairman, Alan Horn, announced that Disney will be doing a much awaited remake of all the Star Wars films. Every summer following 2015, there will be a new Star Wars movie out and ready to be seen.

Director J.J. Abrams will start up the fanfare of movies with Star Wars: Episode VII, and Michael Arndt will be writing the continuation of the original story.

As well as doing these films, there will be other films focused on the more in-depth look into specific characters like Yoda, a younger Han Solo, and Boba Fett, according to Mercury News.

Many Star Wars fans are excited to see how Disney will be able to bring Star Wars back to life!
