Kanye West has hardly shown his face in public since the birth of his daughter, North, but when the rapper emerged for a Dodgers game, he got an interesting reaction.
According to Yahoo!, Kanye was displayed on the Jumbotron at the Dodgers vs. Mets game on Wednesday in L.A., and the rapper was booed by the crowd. The incident was confirmed by ESPN reporter Arash Markazi when he tweeted the events. Kanye was accompanied by Kim Kardashian’s brother, Rob, at the time.
However, Kanye wasn’t the only celebrity at the Dodgers game. Robin Thicke also attended the game, and when he was displayed on the Jumbotron, the crowd apparently went wild for him.
Despite the tough crowd, Kanye seemed to continue on having a good time. It was even reported by Us magazine that he was laughing when a little girl near his friends’ group stood up and started rocking out via air guitar.
Despite the close call, the Dodgers ended up winning their game in an extra inning.
