Endomondo is your own personal trainer right in your phone.
You can track any outdoor activity such as running, cycling or just walking. It keeps track of your speed, calories, duration and your distance all at the same time. You can also enter information manually if you prefer treadmills or indoor bikes so that you can still keep track of your workout regimen.
Along with this, you can get audio feedback for every mile you exercise or get peptalks from your friends. So whenever you need that extra push, Endomondo has you covered.
The app also tracks your heart rate, allows you to set an exercise route, and lets you race your friends.
The best part is that all of these features are available for free!
In addition, the Endomondo PRO offers interval training, graphs and the ability to set a time and calorie count goal. If you are a real exercise buff, the PRO is definitely for you, and they offer you a month for free.
Just log in to Endomondo.com and go to the subscribe link. You will still need to enter credit card details, but they allow you to unsubscribe under Settings if you don't like it, and you will not incur any charges.
