Big Brother returned last night in the middle of one the biggest HOH competitions to date. With Aaryn evicted Thursday, GinaMarie realizes that she needs to fight to stay in the house. Andy mentioned in the diary room that this eviction is the end of his alliance with Amanda and McCrae.
The HOH competition has the houseguests with their feet tied, forcing them to hop over to a chicken coop where they maneuver eggs through chicken wire without dropping or cracking the egg. Julie announced that the bottom two players will have to wear a chicken suit for 48 hours.
GinaMarie and Andy start off in the lead, with Amanda and McCrae behind and Spencer and Judd bringing up the rear. GM shows a real knack for this competition as she runs away with the lead and the victory. Elyssa celebrates GM’s HOH win and Amanda is furious. She shouts to Elissa, “Why are you celebrating?” Running over to GM to tell her she can now evict Elissa for having her best friend evicted.
GM, Andy, Spencer and Judd, who are in a new alliance, celebrate in secrecy in another room.
Amanda is quick to state that she needs to be in GM’s head to ensure that she and McCrae stay off the block. Never one to let her game down, Amanda approaches GinaMarie in the bathroom and begins talking about how they are going to get Elissa out. GM plays along, nodding accordingly, but in the Diary Room GM explains that she is GM- not a puppet of McCranda and she plans on putting an end to the house’s last power couple.
Judd and Spencer are called to the DR and are forced to put on their chicken suits. Spencer is a bit of a better sport about the situation.
Spencer, Andy and Elissa are in the living room and Elissa begins to vent about how disheartening it is that Amanda follows her around and picks on her. Amanda comes in and sits down in the middle of the conversation and starts up with Elissa once again, calling her a “princess” a “joker face” and saying that no one likes her.
Uncomfortable, Spencer and Andy leave, Elissa leaves as well.
McCrae tells Amanda that she needs to play the victim, act as if it is Elissa that is hurting her feelings. Andy tells Elissa outside that she needs to just walk away from Amanda when she starts up with her. Amanda forces herself into tears in attempt to tell Spencer and GM about how mean Elissa is to her, the houseguests don’t buy it.
Later, the houseguests are called downstairs for a Luxury Competition. The entire downstairs is filled with balloons- the balloons are filed with glitter and only a couple are filled with a “1” “0” and a “K,” the first person to find all three coins wins $10,000.
Amanda goes through shaking the balloons, not wanting to waste her time on popping, while the rest of the houseguests scramble to find the coins. Spencer is quick to find all three in secret and runs over to ring the bell. This is Spencer’s second big win, he previously won a trip to the Bahamas.
Amanda heads to the HOH room to talk game before the nominations, Judd is in the room speaking with GM and asks for a just a few more minutes. Amanda has been walking around the house speculation the Judd and Elissa would be going up.
Judd and GM laugh and pretend like they’re talking game until she leaves, then they start discussing everyday life. Judd finally leaves and allows Amanda to talk to GM, he leaves bit down to give the impression that he has not had an effect on GM’s decisions.
GM plays off like she is going to put up Elissa and either Spencer or Judd. While she doesn’t offer a lot of information, she simply nods to what Amanda and McCrae, who eventually joins in on the conversation, are saying.
Amanda leaves and talks to Judd, he tells her that GM didn’t really reassure him and that he’s pretty sure it’s going to be Elissa and him and the block. Amanda acts surprised.
At the nominations ceremony, GM’s plan of shock is in place. As Elissa receives her key, Amanda is in shock, when neither her key nor McCrae’s key are pulled the look of priceless shock fills their faces.
GM attempts to give a speech about breaking up the power duo, but in typical GinaMarie fashion she flubs most of her speech.
Find out if Amanda or McCrae gave save themselves from the block with Big Brother returns Wednesday. Remember, the second double eviction of the season airs live on Thursday. Be there!
