Carrie Underwood took a spill on stage mid-performance Thursday night, hurting her foot. The Grammy Award winning beauty was a good sport about the fall, taking to Twitter to make fun of herself.
During her performance in Corpus Christi, Texas, Underwood, sporting sexy sky-high boots, took a spill after her heel caught on the back of her extra long shirt in the midst of performing her hit “Undo It,” People reports.
Underwood didn’t let the fall stop her, she just kept on singing.
Following the spill Underwood made light of the incident tweeting, “Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious! Oh wait, that was me! #5inchheels #klutz.”
She later shared that her foot is “not broken” but that she got new footwear. “Good news, it's not broken...AND I got some new footwear!” she wrote sharing a photo of her foot in a cast.
