Glee star Heather Morris welcomed a baby boy with longtime boyfriend Taylor Hubbell on Saturday, Sept. 28.
The 26-year-old actress and Hubbell, her high school sweetheart, named their first child Elijah.
A source told Us Weekly back in April about the pregnancy news, "It was totally unexpected, but they are incredibly happy and excited.” Another source said "Heather is glowing! She is so happy. She is really excited to be a mom. She is just amazed by the whole experience."
Morris won’t return for the fifth season of Glee, as her character has already graduated from McKinley High School.
Back in 2011 she told Fitness magazine of her relationship with Hubbell, "I want to marry Taylor and have kids with him. I love acting, but if it affects my relationship, then I won't continue."
USA Today notes that before getting her big break on Fox’s Glee as cheerleader Brittany Pierce, she was a backup dancer for Grammy winner Beyonce.
