New father Kanye West has announced that he is taking his latest album on tour in October, marking his first solo tour in five years.
E! News reports that West is embarking on a 23-city tour, spanning over seven weeks. The Yeezus Tour is slated to kick off October 19, in Seattle, and conclude on December 7 in Houston, TX.
West will make stops in Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; several stops in Canada, as well as hitting Boston, New York City, Miami, and Tampa, Billboard reports.
According to the official press release, the tour will feature "state-of-the-art staging, production, and lighting design with his unmatched aesthetic, visionary creative mind, and an increasingly impressive catalogue of hits spanning his decade-long career."
West also shared the exciting news on Twitter simply writing “Tour” along with a poster promoting the tour. Kendrick Lamar is slated to open.

Tickets for the tour go on sale September 13.
