Legendary singer Whitney Houston died Feb. 11, 2012, after it was discovered that she drowned as a result of cocaine abuse and heart failure. Singer Ray J, who is Brandy’s brother and was romantically linked to Houston, was extremely furious at the police after they made remarks about Houston’s dead body. This was during the discovery of Whitney’s body.
TMZ reports that Ray J was outside the hotel where Whitney Houston died as cops and paramedics were handling business inside. As he was outside and he heard some disrespectful remarks about Whitney Houston followed by excessive laughter. This triggered his frustration, and he attempted to crash the room.
After a second time of hearing more laughter, another failed attempt to crash the room eventually denied him access from the floor.
ContactMusic claims that if these reports are true, that it would confirm evidence given by one of the cops present at the scene who reported one of his colleagues for misconduct.
Allegedly, one of the police officers took a good look at Whitney’s boy and made some awful comments. Sergeant Brian Weir reported the incident, claiming that he saw Det. Sgt. Nutall with remarks “D***, she’s still looking good, huh?”
Weir filed a complaint Sept. 11 in Los Angeles that “Nutall, for no legitimate reason, knelt beside and leaned over the decedent and removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body of the decedent to an area below the decedent’s body,”
According to HollywoodGossip, other law enforcement officials deny this comment, or anything to close to it, was made.
Ray J has yet to comment on these allegations.
