Rihanna calls herself a 'bootleg rockstar,' claims 'I hate partying'

By Gina DiFalco,

Rihanna is possibly known for her love of partying just as much as she is for her singing career, so it’s a surprise that she’s saying in a new interview that she hates it.

The “Stay” singer told Alan Carr during the 100th edition of Chatty Man that she’s recently had a change of heart, possibly due to partying a little too much over the years and getting tired of it.

“Recently I’ve become a square. I hate partying. I don’t know if it’s my heels – I don’t like standing up in my heels for hours,” she said, HuffPost UK reports. “I don’t know if it’s that, but I’ve been so bored of it.”

She won’t cut partying out of her life for good, as she said she will be out celebrating her accomplishments, but she does talk about being pretty boring despite her booming career.

“I don’t know if it’s because it’s the same music every night – maybe we need some more DJs,” she said of going out. “I love what I do and I’ve got a lot to celebrate. So you’ll catch me celebrating every once in awhile, because I work hard.”

According to E! Online, the 25-year-old calls herself a “bootleg rockstar.”

"I do nothing, literally. I'm embarrassed to say that actually. That's so disgusting. That’s f****** pathetic,” she said.
