Teams continued racing from Norway to Gdansk, Poland. While on the 34-hour boat ride, Marie finally handed the Express Pass off to Nicole and Travis, though she still planned to keep it quiet from the other teams.
Teams encountered a detour at the Golden Gate entryway to old Gdansk.
In pose - copy the stance of a bronze statue of Neptune, collect 75 dollars of Polish Currency. Nicky and Kim chose this and finished quickly. In Polka -learn and perform a choreographed routine in full costume: All of the teams chose this task. Brandon and Adam initially switched to pose, but discovered it would be difficult to earn the money needed, and switched back to polka.
After the detour, teams raced to the Medieval Harbor Crane, teams encountered the double U-turn, though Jason and Amy, Tim and Marie (who used the express pass and were able to escape the detour), Nicky and Kim and Nicole and Travis all decided not to U-turn anyone. Tim and Danny chose to U-turn Leo and Jamal, who then U-turned Brandon and Adam. After, they received their next clue, which took them to the longest apartment building in Poland.
At the apartment building, teams encountered a roadblock where they would have to go to 12 addresses in the complex and bite into traditional Polish desserts until they found the correct flavor.
After the roadblock, teams had to make their way to the Sopot Pier, the pit stop for this leg of the race.
Tim and Marie checked in first, winning a trip for two to Hawaii. Jason and Amy checked in second and Nicole and Travis were third. Nicky and Kim checked in 4th, with Tim and Danny directly behind them in 5th. Leo and Jamal checked in 6th and Ally and Ashley were seventh.
After being challenged by the detour initially and then getting U-turned, Brandon and Adam did arrive at the pit stop last, and were eliminated.
