Curly Howard was born on October 22, 1903. He was a New York native, whose slapstick comedy made him and his two co-actors, the other members of the Three Stooges, very rich. Known for his very high-pitched voice and other silly antics, Howard surely helped pave the way for silly entertainers to come after him. He died in 1952.
Actor Jeff Goldblum celebrates his 61st birthday. Known for his role in Jurassic Park (1993), this actor has many other titles under his belt during his career. Goldblum has won an Emmy for his guest appearance on the hit show Will & Grace and had a 24-episode stint on Law and Order: Criminal Intent.
Shaggy the rapper is a New York native. He’s most known for hit song "It Wasn’t Me." Most don’t know it, but the artist served in the military during Operation Desert Storm. In 1996, Shaggy’s album Boombastic won Best Reggae Album at the 51st Grammy Awards.
