Senator Richard Myers is caught up in a "Anthony Weiner" type scandal. He has sent out pictures of his "friend" to multiple women while being married to his lawyer wife. His philandering has gotten him in trouble because now he is being accused of murdering one of the women he has been sexting.
Olivia Pope and Associates, desperate for new clients since their business has been tanking due to the public allegation of Olivia being the President's mistress, will take on the case. Meanwhile, Quinn is all in Huck's business trying to find out what is going on with him. President Fitz is also involved in his own little secret called Operation Remington where Jake, the President and the pilot that Huck killed last season were involved in during the Gulf War.
Olivia figures out that it wasn't the Senator who killed the girl, but it was his wife who did it. She thought if she killed the girl, then all their marital problems would be solved. Unfortunately, there were many other girls that the senator has been trading pictures with.
