Former Beverly Hills 90210 stars Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth are set to reunite for an ABC Family pilot titled Mystery Girls.
In the pilot, the two will also play co-stars Holly and Charlie, who appeared on a 1990s crime drama together. According to People, Spelling was cast as Holly, who has opened a detective agency. Garth, playing Charlie, is a suburban mom, until Holly convinces her to work with her. Spelling also co-wrote the pilot.
Starpulse reports that the two will also be among the executive producing team. It is expected to start production in November.
Spelling and Garth played Donna Martin and Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills 90210 and recently played those roles again on The CW’s 90210 remake. Spelling has had her own reality show, Tori & Dean: Inn Love, and has also appeared in TV movies. Other credits include the short-lived series The Help and appearances on Smallville.
Garth has appeared in What I Like About You and is also a TV movie regular.
