Cameron Diaz is hoping to share her ideas on staying healthy in a new book called The Body Book. The 41-year-old actress also featured women of all sizes, who shared their stories with the Hollywood star and posed for photos.
Earlier this month, publisher Harper released a three-minute video, which shows the Bad Teacher star taking pictures of women and chatting about her book. “It's not a plan, it's just information for you to have,” she said about the book in the clip.
UPI notes that Diaz recently used her just-launched Instagram profile to show off the first printed copy of the book. She posed without makeup, writing, “I wrote this book for YOU and YOUR BODY.. And I'm so excited to share it with you!!”
WebProNews notes that the Body Book was based on changes Diaz made in her life and about the effects of a poor diet. “If you are what you eat, I was a bean burrito with extra cheese and extra sauce, no onions,” Diaz noted.
The Body Book hits stores on Dec. 31. As for Diaz, her next film is The Other Woman and is also working on a remake of Annie.
